Fatty acid composition of muscle tissue lipids in young sheep of different allelic variants of the CAST gene

Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the fatty acid composition of the lipids of the muscle tissue of sheep of different genotypes of the Stavropol breed at the age of 8 months. The polymorphism of the calpastatin CAST gene was determined using PCR-PDRF.
