Weight growth and features of formation meat content of young sheep of Stavropol breeds in the conditions of the Southern Urals

Abstract
The article presents the dynamics of live weight, the results of slaughter and morphological composition of carcasses of young sheep of Stavropol breed of diff erent ages in the conditions of the harsh continental climate of the Southern Urals.
