Slaughter indicators and morphological indicators of carcasses of sheep of the edilbaevsky breed, originating from sheeps of different class

Abstract

The article presents the indicators of slaughter and morphological composition of carcasses of sheep of the Edilbaevsky breed at the age of 5 months, obtained from class I and elite ewes and from class II ewes.
