Meat productivity of Caucasian sheep depending on the natural and climatic zone of the Volga region

Abstract

The paper presents the main indicators of the slaughter of rams of the Caucasian breed. The characteristics of the morphological and varietal composition of the meat of young sheep from diff erent habitats of the Saratov region with the same growing technology are given.
