Meat productivity of young animals of the Edilbaevskaya Breed and its crossbreeds with the Dorper Breed

Abstract

According to the results of industrial crossing of sheep of the Edilbaevsky breed with sheep of the Dorper breed, the characteristics of slaughter indicators, morphological and varietal composition of carcasses of young animals of the Edilbaevsky (ED) breed and crossbreeds of the Edilbaevskaya- dorper (ED × D) are given.
