Генотипирование показало наличие у цигайской породы генотипов CC, CT и TT по гену DGKH, в то время как у эдильбаевской породы генотип CC не выявлен. По гену ESR у обеих пород установлены генотипы CC, TC и TT с различием в их распределении: у цигайской породы – более сбалансированное, у эдильбаевской – с преобладанием генотипа TT. Анализ полученных данных показал более высокий уровень генетического разнообразия по гену ESR у цигайской породы и соответствие равновесию Харди–Вайнберга, тогда как у эдильбаевской породы по гену DGKH отмечено статистически значимое отклонение от равновесия вследствие избытка гетерозигот. Полученные данные указывают на породные различия в распределении аллелей и генотипов по исследованным маркерам.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The polymorphism of DNA markers of diacylglycerol kinase eta (DGKH) and estrogen receptor (ESR) was studied in ram lambs of the Cygai (n=150) and Edilbay (n=135) breeds. Genotyping revealed the presence of CC, CT, and TT genotypes for the DGKH gene in the Cygai breed, while the CC genotype was not detected in the Edilbay breed. For the ESR gene, CC, TC, and TT genotypes were identified in both breeds, with differences in their distribution: in the Cygai breed, the distribution was more balanced, whereas in the Edilbay breed the TT genotype predominated. Analysis of the data showed a higher level of genetic diversity for the ESR gene in the Cygai breed and conformity to Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium, while in the Edilbay breed the DGKH gene demonstrated a statistically significant deviation from equilibrium due to an excess of heterozygotes.
