Перед ягнением у них диагностировали протеинурию, гипертензию, отеки в области брюшной стенки и коматозное состояние, что характерно симптоматике эклампсии (ЭСО). Органо- и морфометрическими исследованиями материала, полученного от больных ЭСО, установлено снижение количества карункулов – до 66,0 ± 1,32 шт. при тяжелой форме течения болезни и до 77,0 ± 1,43 шт. при легкой форме, в сравнении с 83,0 ± 1,23 шт. при физиологическом течении беременности (ФБ). Средняя толщина покровного эпителия карункулов у маток с тяжелой формой ЭСО составляла 14,3 ± 1,7 мкм, а с легкой формой ЭСО – 15,5 ± 1,9 мкм, в сравнении с физиологическим течением гестации – 27,9 ± 1,9 мкм.</p><p>Сохранность новорожденных ягнят, полученных от овцематок (больных тяжелой формой ЭСО) в среднем составила – 74,0%, в то время как при физиологически протекающей суягности – 98,0%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The experiment involved suyag sheep of Stavropol and Volgograd breeds. Before lambing, they were diagnosed with proteinuria, hypertension, swelling in the abdominal wall and a comatose state, which is characteristic of the symptoms of eclampsia (ESO). Organo- and morphometric studies of the material obtained from patients with ESR showed a decrease in the number of caruncles – up to 66.0 ± 1.32 pcs. in the severe form of the disease and up to 77.0 ± 1.43 pcs. in the mild form, compared with 83.0 ± 1.23 pcs. in the physiological course of pregnancy (FB). The average thickness of the integumentary epithelium of caruncles in queens with severe ESO was 14.3 ± 1.7 microns, and with mild ESO – 15.5 ± 1.9 microns, compared with the physiological course of gestation – 27.9 ± 1.9 microns.</p><p>The safety of newborn lambs obtained from ewes (suffering from a severe form of ESO) averaged 74.0%, while with physiological pregnancy it was 98.0%.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эклампсия суягных овец (ЭСО)</kwd><kwd>морфометрия</kwd><kwd>гестация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>eclampsia of pregnant sheep</kwd><kwd>morphometry</kwd><kwd>treatment protocol</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Абонеев Д.В.
