Проведена апробация тест-системы. Выявлено наличие полиморфизма в целевом фрагменте 3 экзона гена PRNP у домашних коз. У 20 исследуемых образцов коз были выявлены различные аллельные варианты в кодонах 37, 40, 122, 142, 143, 146, 154, 211, 222, 240 и 244, соответственно. Разработанная тест-система позволит оценить уровень полиморфизма в целевом фрагменте гена PRNP у домашних коз различных пород, разводимых на территории Российской Федерации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the stages of development of a universal test system to establish the genotype in the codons of the target fragment of exon 3 of the prion protein (PRNP) gene in domestic goats (Capra hircus). The test system has been tested. The presence of polymorphism in the target fragment of exon 3 of the PRNP gene in domestic goats was revealed. In the 20 goat samples, various allelic variants were identified at codons 37, 40, 122, 142, 143, 146, 154, 211, 222, 240 and 244, respectively.
